Bill Kelliher
Bill Kelliher is an American guitarist and songwriter, best known as one of the founding members of the heavy metal band Mastodon. He is also known for his use of a range of effects pedals, such as the EarthQuaker Devices Hoof Fuzz, the MXR Phase 90 Phaser, and the Boss DD-7 Digital Delay. Additionally, Kelliher uses a range of amplifiers, including Orange and Marshall.
Kelliher’s tone is characterized by his use of heavy distortion and the incorporation of various effects pedals to create a dense, layered sound. He is known for his precise and technical playing style, as well as his ability to create intricate guitar parts that complement the band’s complex arrangements. Kelliher’s playing style has been an important influence on many guitarists in the heavy metal genre.
