MXR M173 Classic 108 Fuzz
The Dunlop MXR M173 Classic 108 Silicon Fuzz is a classic silicone fuzz circuit that clears up when you turn down the guitar volume. With its Buffer option it also gets rid of the issues classic Fuzz Faces had with Wah pedals in front of them.
Description
The Dunlop MXR M173 Classic 108 Silicon Fuzz is a classic silicone fuzz circuit that clears up when you turn down the guitar volume. It is more or less a the BC 108 Fuzzface circuit in a standard MXR enclosure. Additional a Buffer knob can eliminate high-end roll-off and oscillation associated with some wah-wahs. Ideal if you don’t like or want the shape of the Fuzz Face, but like the sound (especially with a WahWah in front of it because of the selectable built-in buffer).
Features:
- Controls for Volume and Fuzz
- Buffer knob (eliminates high-end roll-off and oscillation associated with some wah-wahs)
