I am not sure if this is really a Friedman BE-OD clone? Could never try out an original one, but the controls seem quite different and I am not too fond of the bias control.
And though the Joy Uzi sound really good for it’s price, testing it out lately against the Friedman Smallbox it felt quite inferior in the “Plexi tones” category.
Don’t get me wrong: Still a very good pedal which is easy to get for cheap, but I think that the BE-OD “clone” note could be very missleading!
