Is it just a BOSS DS-1 with a 2-band EQ?
I am not sure. For sure it is a decent distortion pedal, but imho it doesn’t sound as good and – even more – doesn’t look as classic as the BOSS pedal.
The Out 2 and Cab SIM are nice features … but I never used them. So the decision was easy: Kept my BOSS DS-pedal and got rid of the DigiTech. And that also means that you can get them quite cheap (used, as they are now out of production for quite some time already).
