The pedal itselft may seem a bit old-school for what it is first.
Why not directly take a modern looper/switcher with a lot more loops, options and maybe even presets/banks? And while I really like the classic look of BOSS pedals, for all the “accessorie”-pedals I think it is a bit strange that they look the same.
But the BOSS LS-2 is just so compact and versatile enough that everybody will find a use for it! And then overall it becomes a quite cheap option also (especially if bought used).
